These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Struxora, operated by Lvl 100. By accessing or using Struxora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Struxora. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
Struxora is an administration platform for Roblox experiences. You may use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any content you submit or actions taken under your account.
Struxora requires you to provide Roblox Open Cloud API keys to operate core features of the platform. These API keys are used to interact with Roblox APIs on your behalf, including but not limited to managing bans, datastores, messaging services, experience configuration, and monetization items (game passes and developer products). You are solely responsible for the API keys you supply and the scopes you grant them.
Struxora also includes a Macros feature that allows you to create and execute automated workflows using these API keys. You are solely responsible for the macros you create and any actions those macros perform within your Roblox experiences.
Struxora optionally integrates with Discord to allow moderation actions to be performed via a Discord bot. By linking your Discord account, you authorise Struxora to associate your Discord user ID with your Roblox account. You may unlink this connection at any time from your account settings.
You must authenticate via a valid Roblox account to use Struxora. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. For information on how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, submitting false or malicious data, or using the platform to harass others.
With respect to monetization features, you agree to comply with Roblox's Terms of Use when managing game passes and developer products. You are solely responsible for the pricing, descriptions, and sale status of items you manage through the platform.
With respect to macros, you additionally agree not to: create macros designed to circumvent Roblox API rate limits, automate actions that violate Roblox's Terms of Use, or use macros to disrupt, damage, or negatively affect other users' experiences.
Struxora and all of its underlying software, design, code, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Lvl 100. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the platform beyond a limited licence to use it in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Struxora without our express written permission.
Any content you submit through Struxora remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
Struxora is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation. The Roblox name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Struxora uses Roblox's OAuth service solely for user authentication.
We aim to keep Struxora available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss of data. We may suspend or withdraw access to all or part of the platform for operational, maintenance, or business reasons, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Struxora at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Struxora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, available, or free from defects. This extends to all automated actions performed by macros - we are not liable for unintended outcomes resulting from macro execution, including but not limited to datastore modifications, messaging service signals, or any other interactions with Roblox Open Cloud APIs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lvl 100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Struxora.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Struxora after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
